I created this 5 hour intensive to walk you step by step through how to live a healthier lifestyle, maintain or lose weight, and make healthier choices overall.

- Wellness consultation: we will review where you are, where you want to be, and how we are going to push through the blocks that have stopped you from getting there before.
- Follow up meeting within 14 days of intensive.
- Customized wellness plan: Together we will put together a plan that is realistic for your life to get you to where you want to be, including an action guide, resources, and recommendations.
- Private health food or grocery store tour: Find healthful items you might miss, and see how I make a trip through the store and stock up on a week of healthy choices in a flash.
- Kitchen hacking: Let’s take a peak inside your fridge and cupboards and make sure the healthiest options are front and center. I can also share with you healthier upgrades to some of your favorites and how to create balance in your day so you can still have the things you love.
- Culinary cooking session in your kitchen: Let’s get cooking! We will prepare a few chosen favorites that will help you add in the foods most missing from the standard American diet and add it all into a meal prep and plan. This will give you a baseline for cooking each week.
- VIP wellness gift bag: This will be loaded with some of my favorite wellness products.
